The Dispenser 2, a high-tech machine characterized by a particular simplicity of use and installation
It is a reality that the wine in the open bottle is subject to oxidation and therefore will inevitably be wasted, creating costs and profit losses. These problems are completely eliminated by transforming waste into profit.
There is the use of inert gas to preserve the wine against oxidation, and the use that preserves the aroma and perfumes unaltered, keeping the bottles perfectly isolated from each other, preserving the product for up to 30 days.
When serving wine it reduces your income by failing to accurately control the serving amount.
Dispenser, through its technology, reaches levels of precision that can be repeated over time and/or programmable according to your needs.
The wine by the glass is served by the control system at the right temperature, also guaranteeing maximum service hygiene thanks to its dispenser cleaning system.
