Acceptance of orders
All purchase orders for products sent to Showine they must be complete in all their parts and must contain all the elements necessary for the correct identification of the products ordered. Each product order sent to Showine constitutes the Customer's contractual proposal and, therefore, will be binding on
Showine only if confirmed by the same for acceptance.
The fulfillment of the order by Showine it is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same Showine reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders, not duly completed. In case of non-execution of the order by Showine (if the same is due to unavailability of the products ordered by the Customer) Showine will as soon as possible inform the Customer, reimbursing any sums already paid by them for the supply not performed. In this case, the Customer will not be entitled to any reimbursement or indemnity or compensation of any kind.
The tax documentation relating to the products ordered will be issued by Showine at the time of shipment of the products to the Customer. If the Customer has a VAT number and wishes to receive an invoice in his own name, he must indicate this request in the order. Failing that, Showine will not issue a tax invoice.
Correct receipt of the Client's proposal is confirmed by Showine by means of an automatic reply sent to the email address supplied by the Client. Showine's response is generated automatically by the Site system and only confirms the correct receipt of the proposal within the information systems. This confirmation message will indicate the expected day of shipment and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any subsequent communication with Showine. In addition to the information required by law, the message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
Each order can be viewed by the Customer on the Site, in their personal area, immediately after sending the order. Until the time of fulfillment of the order by Showine (communicated to the Customer by updating the information contained in his personal area), the Customer has the right to modify or cancel the order, exclusively through the specific access functions. and modification foreseen in the aforementioned personal area.
Each Purchase Agreement stipulated between Showine and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Showine. Showine has the right to accept or not, at its discretion, the order sent by the Customer, without the latter being able to make claims or rights of any kind, for any reason, including compensation, in the event of non-acceptance of the order. The acceptance of Showine is considered tacitly granted, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer within 48 hours of sending the order, by means of an e-mail message sent to the address communicated by the Customer.
